Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan attended the grand ‘Sargam 2025 – Indian Naval Symphonic Orchestra’ event as the chief guest in Visakhapatnam. The special musical evening was organized by the Eastern Naval Command as part of the upcoming Navy Day celebrations scheduled for December 4. The programme took place on Saturday evening at the Samudrika Auditorium and received an excellent response from the audience.
Upon his arrival at Visakhapatnam Airport, Pawan Kalyan received a warm welcome from Naval Officers Rajneesh Sharma and Kishore, along with MLAs Konathala Ramakrishna, Vamsi Krishna Yadav, Sundarapu Vijay Kumar, Panchakarla Ramesh, district officials, and public representatives. From the airport, the Deputy Chief Minister proceeded to the Shaurya Guest House at the Eastern Naval Command. Visakhapatnam Police Commissioner Shankha Brata Bagchi also met him there before he left for the Samudrika Auditorium.
At the venue, Chief Admiral Sanjay Bhalla and his wife Priya Bhalla welcomed Pawan Kalyan. The highlight of the evening was the impressive performance by the Eastern Naval Command Symphonic Band. Under the direction of music composer and ENC Band Director Satish Champion and Deputy Director Pradeep Kumar, the Navy band presented a powerful mix of patriotic tunes, popular Hindi melodies, and music themed on environmental awareness. Their rhythmic, well-coordinated performance lasted for more than an hour and mesmerized the audience.
During the event, Pawan Kalyan presented the “Lion King Music Memento” to Sharath Kumar Singh Babu. In return, the Deputy Chief Minister received a Token of Remembrance from ENC Vice Admiral Sanjay Bhalla. Pawan Kalyan’s son, Akira Nandan, also attended the event and enjoyed the musical celebration.
The ‘Sargam 2025’ symphonic concert served as a vibrant, patriotic prelude to Navy Day, showcasing the talent, discipline, and musical excellence of India’s naval musicians.
