The Satva Group, one of India’s leading real estate development and consulting companies, is set to begin its massive new project — the Satva Vantage Vizag Campus — at Hill-4 in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. Andhra Pradesh Minister for Education and IT, Nara Lokesh, will formally lay the foundation stone for the project tomorrow. Several key industrial leaders and senior government officials are expected to attend the ceremony.
The ambitious campus is coming up on 30 acres with an investment of ₹1,500 crore. The project is projected to create more than 25,000 direct jobs and an additional 40,000–50,000 indirect employment opportunities, giving a significant boost to the coastal region’s economic landscape.
With Visakhapatnam emerging as a major technology and innovation hub, the Satva Group’s investment is expected to further strengthen the city’s profile. The Satva Vantage Vizag Campus will feature Grade-A global-standard office spaces, premium residences, integrated retail and hospitality zones, smart mobility solutions, renewable energy integration, and comprehensive ESG-based infrastructure aimed at supporting modern urban living. Once completed, it is expected to become one of the largest future employment hubs in coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Founded in 1986, the Satva Group has played a key role in shaping India’s modern real estate and technology infrastructure. The company has already completed 78 million sq. ft. of construction, mainly in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai, and another 71 million sq. ft. is currently under development. In Visakhapatnam, Satva plans to develop 1 million sq. ft. of IT office space in the first three years, followed by an additional 4 million sq. ft. over five years. The Group continues to expand strategically in high-growth markets known for strong talent, economic momentum and progressive governance.
