Minister Lokesh began his day at the Mahati Fintech Building, Madhurawada, where he cut the ribbon, lit the lamp, and unveiled the plaque to formally open Cognizant’s temporary campus. He toured the center personally, interacted with employees, and expressed pride that the company entered Andhra Pradesh within one year of his meeting with CEO Ravi Kumar.

Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus – A Mega Project Launched by Lokesh:
One of the largest and most ambitious projects of the day unfolded at Madhurawada Hill No. 4, where Minister Lokesh performed the Bhoomi Pooja and unveiled the plaque for the Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus, personally initiating the start of construction on the massive site.
The Sattva Group, a leading national real estate and consulting company, is investing a staggering ₹1,500 crore to develop a world-class integrated IT and urban development ecosystem spread across 30 acres.
The campus will include:
Grade-A global standard IT offices
Premium residential towers
Integrated retail and hospitality zones
Smart mobility features
Renewable energy systems
Strong ESG-based urban infrastructure
The Sattva Group will develop 1 million sq. ft. of IT office space within the first 3 years, and 4 million sq. ft. in the next 5 years.
Job creation scale:
25,000 direct jobs
40,000–50,000 indirect jobs

He projected that Anakapalli to Vizag Economic Region will transform into a One Trillion Dollar Economy.
He emphasized:
“In 3.5 years, we will create 5 lakh IT jobs in Vizag.”
“Hyderabad took 30 years to grow; Vizag needs just 10.”
“AP has a double-engine bullet train government.”
“Youth are the brand ambassadors of Andhra Pradesh.”

A Defining Day That Redraws Vizag’s Future:
From global IT campuses to mega integrated tech parks, Lokesh’s hands-on involvement at every program demonstrated a single powerful message: “Andhra Pradesh is open for business, and Vizag is its tech capital of the future.”
With ₹2,200+ crore in new investments, 35,000+ direct jobs, and 50,000+ indirect jobs, this day marked a turning point for Vizag’s emergence as a national and global technology powerhouse.
