According to sources close to the film unit, NTR has been suffering from mild fever and fatigue for the past couple of days. Continuous shooting schedules and physical strain are said to be the reason behind his health trouble. Doctors have reportedly advised him to take complete rest for a few days before resuming work.
The shooting of Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, has been happening at a fast pace since last year.
