The pre-release event was Ustaad Bhagat Singh was organized in a majestic manner, and of course, Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s presence is the biggest attractions.
Director Harish Shankar opened up about the long and emotional journey of Ustaad Bhagat Singh. “I initially thought of making it as an extension of Khushi. But as the script evolved, I changed the script totally, making sure heroism and entertainment landed perfectly. I thank my producers Naveen and Ravi for giving me more than what he asked for.”
Calling the collective decision to prepone the film a bold step by the entire Telugu industry, he praised the cast- especially Parthiban, KS Ravikumar, Sreeleela, and Raashii Khanna for elevating the film.
The director became emotional when recalling how Pawan Kalyan encouraged him to make the film at a low point in his life. “From the moment shooting began, we enjoyed every day, driven by Pawan’s unmatched energy.”
Pawan Kalyan said that cinema shaped his life- feeding him, giving him identity, and enabling him to serve society. “I always wished well for my producers and wanted my films to bring joy to fans. I appreciate Harish Shankar’s relentless commitment. He indeed gave me the confidence to complete a major portion of the film in just 45 days, and giving me the hope to continue doing movies, though I’m busy with politics. I really enjoyed the movie, while I was dubbing. I hope Ustaad Bhagat Singh will become a big hit like Gabbar Singh.”
Pawan Kalyan also appreciated his producers Mythri Movie Makers Naveen and Ravi Shankar for their commitment and delivering consecutive hits.
