After the nationwide success of Karthikeya 2, Nikhil Siddhartha is all set to raise the bar with his most ambitious project yet, Swayambhu. Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari and produced by Pixel Studios, the film is being mounted as a grand pan-India period action spectacle.
The makers have now announced that the film’s first single, Ra Ra Dheevara, composed by Ravi Basrur, will be released on April 16. The announcement came with a striking poster that showcases Nikhil in a fierce warrior avatar, standing amidst a dense forest, ready to launch a spear—hinting at the film’s scale and intense storytelling.
The teaser, which was unveiled earlier, received a strong response for its rich visuals and immersive world-building, significantly raising expectations. Nikhil has reportedly spent nearly two years preparing for the role, undergoing rigorous physical transformation to bring authenticity to the character.
The film also stars Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh as the female leads. On the technical front, Swayambhu boasts a top-tier team, with cinematography by KK Senthil Kumar and production design handled by M Prabhaharan and Raveendra.
