The successful team behind Committee Kurrollu is joining hands once again! Actress and producer Niharika Konidela is set to collaborate with director Yadu Vamsi for a new project under her banner, Pink Elephant Pictures.
As per reports, the upcoming film is likely to go on floors in 2026. Their earlier outing, Committee Kurrollu, turned out to be a surprise blockbuster last year. Made on a modest budget of ₹9 crore, the film grossed ₹18.5 crore in theatres and earned another ₹6 crore through satellite and digital rights, taking the total revenue to around ₹24.5 crore.
The movie stood out for its unique concept, featuring 11 new male leads and 4 heroines. It impressed both critics and audiences, going on to win several awards. At SIIMA 2025, Niharika was honored as Best Debut Producer, while Sandeep Saroj took home the Best Debut Actor award. Director Yadu Vamsi also received the Best Debut Director title at the Gaddar Awards organized by the Telangana Government, where Committee Kurrollu was also named Best Feature Film for National Integration and Social Harmony.
Meanwhile, Pink Elephant Pictures is already working on its second production, directed by Manasa Sharma and starring Sangeet Shobhan and Nayan Sarika. The story, screenplay, and dialogues are written by Manasa Sharma and Mahesh Uppala, with music by Anudeep Dev. Manyam Ramesh serves as the Executive Producer.
This fantasy-comedy entertainer is already generating strong buzz in the industry, while Committee Kurrollu continues to win hearts and accolades across the board.
