Dhruv Vikram’s Next with Mythri Movie Makers Officially Launched

Pan-India production house Mythri Movie Makers has officially announced its fourth Tamil production, marking another major step in its expansion beyond Telugu cinema. The new project, tentatively referred to as #MythriTamil04 and #DV4, stars Dhruv Vikram in the lead role and will be directed by Karan Aravind Kumar.

The film was formally launched with a traditional pooja ceremony at the Mythri Movie Makers office in MRC Nagar, Chennai. The launch event was attended by the film’s cast and crew, along with several well-known filmmakers from the Tamil film industry.

Director Keerthiswaran gave the ceremonial clap for the muhurtham shot. Filmmakers Adhik Ravichandran, Ravikumar, Keerthiswaran, Antony Bhagyaraj, Raja, Sasi, and Hi Nanna director Shouryuv were among the special guests present at the launch.

Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, the film is expected to present Dhruv Vikram in a completely mass-oriented role. Known for choosing performance-driven characters, the actor is now set to explore a full-fledged commercial entertainer aimed at a wider audience.

Director Karan Aravind Kumar has also co-written the screenplay along with Sabi. The project brings together a talented technical team, with Vicky handling cinematography, Jayasurya serving as editor, Praveen Raja as costume designer, G.M. Sekhar as production designer, and Vikram Mor choreographing the action sequences.

The makers have announced that additional details, including the remaining cast, music composer, and release plans, will be revealed in the coming days. With a promising team and Dhruv Vikram stepping into a commercial avatar, the project has already generated excitement among Tamil cinema fans.
