Shah Rukh Khan has made another major real estate investment by acquiring the remaining portion of his family’s ancestral home in New Delhi. The actor has purchased the second and third floors of the Panchsheel Park property for Rs 37 crore, giving the Khan family complete ownership of the residence. The house holds emotional value as Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan lived there before he shifted to Mumbai to pursue a career in films. The property is spread across a 1,200-square-yard plot in one of South Delhi’s premium residential localities. The basement and ground floor were already owned by the Khan family, while the latest transaction completes the acquisition of the entire building.
Interestingly, the same floors were purchased by Aryan Khan in 2024 before the ownership was consolidated within the family. Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have built an impressive real estate portfolio over the years. Apart from their iconic Mumbai residence Mannat, they own luxury properties in Dubai, London and other locations. Gauri Khan has personally designed several of these homes through her interior design firm, making real estate one of the family’s major investments.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy with King, directed by Siddharth Anand. Mounted on a massive budget, the action thriller is scheduled for a Christmas 2026 release and features Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in key roles.
