Summer Holidays Team Honours 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu
The special event celebrated the achievement of the entire 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu team while also applauding Arun Dev, who is currently playing a pivotal role in Summer Holidays. Produced by Dheeraj Mogilineni under Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment and directed by Sreekar, the upcoming film also stars Master Rohan and Baby Khushi and is gearing up for its theatrical release.
Music director Sinjith Yerramilli praised the emotional impact of 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu, saying Arun Dev’s performance deeply moved him. He credited director Nanda Kishore for his dedication and said Vivek Sagar’s music has been a major inspiration. He also expressed confidence that Arun would once again impress audiences in Summer Holidays.
Director Sreekar congratulated the 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu team for bringing national recognition back to Telugu children’s cinema. He recalled that Bala Ramayanam had achieved a similar milestone decades ago and said the latest award was a proud moment for the industry. Speaking about Arun Dev, Sreekar praised the young actor’s natural talent, recalling how he delivered lengthy dialogues in a single take and consistently impressed the team during the shoot.
Producer Dheeraj Mogilineni revealed that 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu inspired him to back Summer Holidays. Although he missed watching the film in theatres, he said it left a lasting impression after he watched it on OTT. He appreciated the performances of Priyadarshi, Nivetha Thomas, and Vishwadev, along with the efforts of director Nanda Kishore and producers Srujan Yarabolu and Siddharth Rallapalli. He also described Arun Dev as the perfect choice for Summer Holidays, adding that the young actor has become part of their extended family.
Actor Vishwadev said the film succeeded because every member of the team believed in the story from the beginning. He praised Arun Dev’s effortless performance and lauded Vivek Sagar’s memorable soundtrack, while extending his best wishes to the Summer Holidays team.
Actor Priyadarshi thanked Dheeraj Mogilineni for organizing the felicitation and reflected on the film’s long journey from script to screen. He said the story instantly reminded him of his own mother, which convinced him to be part of the project. Describing the film as one of the most meaningful works of his career, he congratulated Arun Dev on winning the National Award and predicted that many more honours would follow.

He also wished Summer Holidays similar success in the future, expressing hope that it would bring another National Award to Telugu cinema.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Arun Dev’s parents, Suresh and Satyavani, said they were proud to support their son’s passion for acting. They said the greatest joy for them was being recognized today as Arun Dev’s parents, a recognition made even more special by his National Award achievement.
