After receiving a positive response during its theatrical run, Deewana, starring young actor Harshith Reddy, is all set for its digital premiere. The romantic entertainer will begin streaming on aha from July 31, giving audiences another opportunity to experience the film from the comfort of their homes.
Produced by Vasudev Koppineni and Sridevi Karyampudi under the Arha Media and V Studios banners, Deewana marked the acting debut of Smeha Manimegalai and the directorial debut of Sreekanth Sangishetty. Released in theatres on June 20, the film impressed audiences with its emotional love story and emerged as a successful entertainer.
Announcing the OTT release, the makers shared the tagline, “If you miss it, you’ll miss a great experience,” expressing confidence that the film will connect with an even wider audience on the streaming platform.
Subscribers of aha Gold will get exclusive early access to the film 24 hours before its official streaming debut. The movie will be available in both Telugu and Tamil, expanding its reach beyond its theatrical audience.
The film features Harshith Reddy and Smeha Manimegalai in the lead roles, alongside VK Naresh, Jhansi, Balagam Venu, Narsingh, Tony, and others in key supporting roles.
The technical team includes cinematographer Vamsi Patchipulusu, music composer Eswar Chand, editor Hrishikesh Paspal, production designer Jhansi Gojala, costume designer Manasa, and digital marketing by House Full. The film was written and directed by Sreekanth Sangishetty, with Vasudev Koppineni and Sridevi Karyampudi serving as producers.
Following its successful theatrical run, Deewana now aims to reach a larger audience through its OTT release on aha beginning July 31.
