ZEE5 has announced a major expansion of its Telugu content slate, revealing a mix of original series, big-budget films, dubbed titles, children’s programming, and live sports that will roll out on the platform in the coming months.
The latest lineup brings together several high-profile Telugu film projects alongside original web content, reflecting the platform’s continued focus on regional entertainment. Rather than relying on a single genre, the slate covers action, drama, mythology, family entertainment, and reality content, offering viewers a wider range of choices.
Among the biggest announcements is NBK111, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Kajal Aggarwal, directed by Gopichand Malineni. The platform also confirmed January 12 Vidudhala, featuring Venkatesh Daggubati and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under the direction of Anil Ravipudi.
Another notable addition is Vrushakarma, directed by Karthik Varma Dandu and starring Chaitanya Akkineni and Meenakshi Chaudhary. ZEE5 also revealed Lenin, starring Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse, along with Kanaka Durga, featuring Allari Naresh and Kajal Choudhary.
On the originals front, the platform announced Shrimathi, starring Nivetha Thomas, and Panchanama, featuring Bharath Niwas and Sivaji Raja. Popular game show Jayammu Nishchayammu Ra 2, hosted by Jagapathi Babu, is also returning with a new season.
ZEE5 said it has partnered with several leading Telugu production houses, including Vyjayanthi Movies, Sukumar Writings, Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra (SVCC), Prime Show Entertainment, Shine Screens, Vriddhi Cinemas, Manam Enterprises LLP, Birla Studios, Temple Town Pictures, Udaya Bhanu Productions, and Sri Chakra Movies LLP for upcoming projects.
Apart from Telugu originals and films, the platform is expanding its dubbed content library with titles such as Jananayagan, Hi, Demonte Colony 2, A Queen, and Veerappan 2.
The streaming service is also broadening its content portfolio with AI-driven storytelling projects including Garuda, Vikram Vetal, Shiv Sati, Chandrakanta, Tirupati Balaji, Narmada, and Ram Anjanay Yudh. Family audiences can also expect children’s titles like Barbarik and Kundaka Mandakka, while sports fans will have access to tournaments including FIFA, Bundesliga, Coppa Italia, and ILT20.
With a combination of original series, theatrical films, dubbed releases, sports, and family programming, ZEE5 is aiming to strengthen its Telugu streaming catalog and offer viewers more entertainment choices across multiple genres.
