Rebel Star Prabhas is back with a bang! The much-awaited collaboration between Prabhas and creative filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi finally gets a powerful title — “Fauzi.” Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and presented by T-Series, the film promises to be a grand Pan-India spectacle set against the backdrop of pre-independence India.
After building huge buzz with a stunning concept poster and gripping pre-look, the makers have now revealed the film’s title and first poster — and it’s nothing short of magnificent. The word “Fauzi” itself means soldier, perfectly capturing Prabhas’ role as a warrior who walks a lonely path of courage and duty.
The poster, set in the 1940s colonial era, shows a burning British flag and mystical Sanskrit verses, symbolizing rebellion and deep mythological layers. The design cleverly blends history with epic emotion, hinting at inspiration from Karna of the Mahabharata. The verses suggest that the protagonist has the valor of Karna, the wisdom of a Brahmin, and the spirit of a lone warrior like Ekalavya — a man who stands tall even without a mentor.
Prabhas’ intense close-up on the poster steals the show — fierce eyes, a determined face, and a look that says it all. The tagline “A Battalion Who Walks Alone” adds to the emotional depth, highlighting a hero who not only fights enemies but also battles destiny.
With Hanu Raghavapudi’s unique storytelling, known for mixing emotion with grandeur, Fauzi is shaping up to be a visual and emotional epic. The film stars Imanvi as the female lead, with Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Jaya Prada, and Bhanu Chandar in key roles.
The movie boasts top-notch technical talent — cinematography by Sudeep Chatterjee (ISC), music by Vishal Chandrasekhar, production design by Anil Vilas Jadhav, and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, along with Bhushan Kumar, this project has all the ingredients of a blockbuster.
Fauzi will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali, marking another massive Pan-India release for Prabhas. With its bold concept, stunning visuals, and emotional power, Fauzi is set to be a defining moment in Prabhas’ career — one that blends history, heroism, and heart in true cinematic style.
