The CBI and ED cases filed against Jagan are more than a decade old, but most of them have been in stagnated stage in the recent past. It has reached a point where Jagan is not even attending the CBI court hearings in the last few years.
But for a change, Jagan has been mandated to appear in front of the CBI court, and the schedule is being locked for the same.
Reportedly Jagan will be arriving at the famous Nampalli CBI court in Hyderabad on November 20, and the same has been intimated to the court authorities. This happens to be one of his first court appearances in recent years, and there is going to be a lot of anticipation at the same.
Earlier, Jagan had gone on a family trip to London and he vowed to appear before the court this month. However, Jagan tried to evade the court hearing after this London trip as he appealed to appear virtually or sent his lawyer. But the CBI was very firm on this, and Jagan had no other option, but to back down.
Now it is reported that Jagan will be appearing at the CBI court, Nampalli, November 20, and he is scheduled to do the same by around 11:30 AM.
