ZEE5 has officially announced its upcoming Telugu original series Memu Cop’ulam, a quirky mix of humor and mystery set against a lively rural backdrop. Slated to stream soon, the series has already generated buzz after its title reveal video featuring Getup Srinu and Jaffar went viral across digital platforms, quickly grabbing audience attention.
Produced by B. V. S. Ravi and Kaumudi K. Nemani under RAW Entertainments, in association with Pradeep Maddali Creative, the series is directed by Pradeep Maddali, known for Vikkatakavi. The story is penned by Shoban Chittuprolu, promising a narrative rooted in local flavor with a satirical edge.
The show features an ensemble cast led by Naga Babu Konidela, alongside Getup Srinu and Ravi Teja Nannimala in key roles. Their performances are expected to bring a blend of grounded storytelling and sharp comic timing to the screen.
Set in a vibrant village in the Godavari districts during the festive season of Sankranti, Memu Cop’ulam follows two inexperienced police officers who land their first major case.
