Ravi Teja’s highly anticipated film Irumudi is all set for a grand theatrical release on 21st August. Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by prestigious banner Mythri Movie Makers, the intense thriller features Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead alongside Baby Nakshatra in a pivotal role. Ahead of the release, music director GV Prakash Kumar shared insightful details about the film during a press interaction.
Speaking about his excitement for the project, GV Prakash expressed immense confidence in the film’s outcome. “After Vikramarkudu, Irumudi is my favorite film among Ravi Teja’s works. It is an intense thriller that the audience will never forget, and it will be a trendsetter in Telugu cinema. I truly believe this film has the potential to win multiple National Awards, including Best Regional Film and Best Child Artist, alongside achieving massive commercial success,” he stated.
GV Prakash revealed that he adopted an intense three-layered approach for the background score. “The story blends devotion, psychology, crime, action, and family emotions. Designing impactful music across multiple layers was a challenging task, but that magic was achieved seamlessly for Irumudi. Telugu audiences will witness something very fresh with unexpected twists,” he explained.
Praising director Shiva Nirvana’s musical taste, the composer noted that this film is vastly different and much more serious than the filmmaker’s past works. He revealed that Ravi Teja loves the climax song and it will be an experience to audiences in theatres. He expressed amazing confidence in film being a memorable one for every cast and crew worked in it.
