Top director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is a sensation in Indian cinema. He turned producer and backed a small film called Romanchakam. The entire film industry was curious about the film because of Sandeep Reddy Vanga. His brother Pranay Reddy handled the production and Sumanth Prabhas, Ananthika played the lead roles in this romantic entertainer. The film’s director Venu Gopal Reddy made it clear that Sandeep Reddy had no creative involvement and he was never present on the sets.
But Romanchakam coming from the production house of Sandeep Vanga, the audience were curious about the film. Romanchakam released on Friday and the response has been mixed. The film registered decent openings but the footfalls came down because of the poor word of mouth. Sandeep Reddy should have gone through the script and the final draft before giving his final nod as producer. Romanchakam is finally a setback for Sandeep Reddy Vanga as a producer. He is currently directing Prabhas in Spirit and the film releases next year.
