S Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainment is one of the busiest producers of Telugu cinema. With more than a dozen films in making, he has over six releases in the next six months. He is betting big on Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin that is slated for July 10th release. The film has gained the needed buzz and it is the most awaited Telugu film for July. The big promotional plan has worked for the film and the team is extremely confident in Akhil making his comeback.
Two small films Epic: First Semester and VISA are ready for release. Epic: First Semester will feature Anand Deverakonda in the lead role and VISA features Ashok Galla playing the lead role. One among them will be released during the last week of July or the first week of August. The other film will release in September before the Dasara holiday season kick-starts. Suriya’s crazy project Vishwanadh and Sons directed by Venky Atluri will have an August 14th release in theatres. The expectations are big on the film.
Victory Venkatesh and Trivikram are teaming up for the first time for Aadarsha Kutumbam and the makers announced that the film will release on October 2nd release in theatres. Post Dasara season, Allari Naresh’s Alcohol will hit the screens and the release date will be finalized very soon. Magic, a small musical drama directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, is delayed by years. Naga Vamsi is in plans to release the film before the end of this year and Anirudh is working on the background score. If not in theatres, the film will head for a direct digital release.
Nithiin is shooting for an untitled film produced by Sithara Entertainments. The makers are in plans to release the film in December if there are any open release slots available. Else, the film will have a post-Sankranthi release. The shoot is happening at a faster pace. Karthi is shooting for Kalyan Shankar’s film and the team is working on the aim to release the film during Sankranthi 2027. The film’s release plan will depend on the chart of Sankranthi releases for 2027.
Roshan Meka’s Emo Emo Idi is also completing its shooting formalities soon but the release plans are yet to be finalized. For now, Naga Vamsi will have seven releases in the next six months and the number may even go up to nine if there are release slots available.
