There are a lot of rumors about the Sankranthi 2027 releases as several biggies that are in shoot are aimed for release during the season. Anil Ravipudi is the first one to announce about his next film releasing during the season. Victory Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyanram will feature in the lead roles in this full-length entertainer. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next film directed by Bobby too is expected to hit the screens during the season but a better clarity is expected soon. Ravi Teja will soon commence the shoot of an entertainer directed by Hashit Goli. The film is aimed for Sankranthi 2026 release.
Karthi is shooting for a straight Telugu film directed by Kalyan Shankar. S Naga Vamsi is keen to release this entertainer during Sankranthi and an official announcement is awaited. Sharwanand will work with Srinu Vaitla for a full-length entertainer and the shoot commences very soon. This film too is aimed for Sankranthi 2027 release. Nagarjuna had plans of a multi-starrer and wanted to release it for the holiday season but the plans are now shelved. NBK111 featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna will be released in December. Prabhas’ Fauzi too will release in December. For now, 5-6 films are working on the deadline to release their films for Sankranthi and a clarity on the final chart can be expected after the Dasara season.
