Jani Master has landed in fresh trouble after the Telugu Film Employees Federation issued him a show-cause notice over his recent remarks against the federation. The federation has sought a written explanation within seven days and warned that disciplinary action could follow if he fails to respond satisfactorily. The latest controversy stems from the ongoing dispute within the Telugu Film Dance Directors and Dancers Association. Jani Master and Association President Sumalatha had alleged irregularities in the functioning of the dancers’ union and accused certain office-bearers of corruption. They also criticized the Film Employees Federation, claiming it was interfering in the internal affairs of the association instead of supporting efforts to clean up the system.
The federation took serious objection to these comments and summoned Jani Master for an inquiry on July 14th. However, he did not appear before the committee. Following his absence, the federation served a show-cause notice, asking him to explain his remarks and conduct. It has also reportedly asked him to issue a public apology, warning that non-cooperation and disciplinary measures could be initiated if he fails to comply. The development comes at a time when Jani Master is already facing increased scrutiny following earlier controversies. The latest dispute has once again put the popular choreographer in the spotlight, with the industry now waiting to see how he responds to the federation’s notice and whether the matter can be resolved without further escalation.
