Actress Rashmika Mandanna has shared a detailed health update with her fans after staying away from social media for some time. In a heartfelt post, the actress revealed that she suffered another injury during the shoot of her upcoming film Mysaa and is currently recovering.
Rashmika said she initially hoped to keep the injury private, but eventually decided to share the details with her fans. She revealed that this is her third injury in a row, admitting that she needs to take better care of her body instead of treating it “like a machine.”
Explaining what happened, Rashmika said one of the tendons in her right hip detached during an intense dance shoot for Mysaa. According to the actress, the tendon now needs time to heal and reattach before she can properly lift her leg and return to normal physical activity.
Calling Mysaa the most physically demanding film of her career, Rashmika joked that the aggressive nature of the project may have contributed to the injury. However, she reassured fans that while the injury is painful, it is not unbearable.
The actress also described the unexpected break as a “forced holiday,” saying she believes it is nature’s way of making her slow down. During her recovery, she has been spending time solving puzzles and relaxing, although she admitted she misses her regular workout routine.
Known for maintaining a strict fitness schedule, Rashmika said she is worried about not being able to exercise or run for some time. She humorously added that without workouts, she tends to become a “dessert monster” because she enjoys eating sweets.
Ending her message on a positive note, Rashmika thanked fans for their love and support and assured them that she is recovering well. She promised to share more updates soon and asked everyone not to worry about her.
