Keerthy Suresh is once again winning the internet with her graceful dance performance alongside Nani in The Paradise. The actress features in the newly released song Yeshanagula, and her special appearance has quickly become one of the talking points around the film.
Released on August 29, the energetic folk number is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with vocals by Prabha and Jangi Reddy and lyrics by Kasarla Shyam. The song has already received a massive response, crossing 20 million YouTube views within around 20 hours and reaching the No. 1 spot on YouTube’s Music Trending chart.
What has particularly caught attention is Keerthy’s presentation. Dressed in a traditional langa voni, the actress brings an effortless elegance to the high-energy number. While Telugu cinema has seen plenty of special dance numbers featuring glamorous appearances, many viewers are appreciating Yeshanagula for giving Keerthy a more rooted and graceful look while allowing her dancing to remain the focus.
The song also marks another reunion for Keerthy and Nani after their successful collaborations in Nenu Local and Dasara. Their chemistry has once again become a talking point, with fans enjoying their energetic combination.
Interestingly, Keerthy had already faced trolling over her reported appearance in The Paradise even before the song was officially released. A social media user claimed that she was taking up a dance number because she was not getting substantial roles. The post also incorrectly referred to The Paradise as a Kannada film.
Instead of engaging in a lengthy explanation, Keerthy gave a witty response in Tamil: “Vera level ponga! Chinna correction. Nani nadippathu Telugu. Kannada alla.” She essentially pointed out that Nani’s film is Telugu, not Kannada, turning the criticism into a light-hearted moment.
Now that Yeshanagula is out, the conversation has shifted from why Keerthy chose to do the song to how well she has pulled it off.
