He noted that while the film’s story and its central characters may not follow the path of mainstream commercial cinema, that does not mean the chosen path is wrong.
Reflecting on the filmmaking process, Rishab described the journey from an idea to a finished film as a massive effort that deserves recognition. He appreciated the team for choosing to tell a different kind of story instead of staying within familiar commercial boundaries.
The actor also praised Yash for completely surrendering himself to a demanding role and creating a larger-than-life screen presence. He said the film effectively explores how guilt can grow and gradually turn life toxic, making it a bold cinematic attempt.
Rishab extended his best wishes to director Geetu Mohandas and KVN Productions, saying he stands by the team for attempting such a daring experiment. He also applauded Yash’s continued efforts to take Kannada cinema onto the global stage.
His post has since drawn attention from fans, with many appreciating the mutual admiration between two of Kannada cinema’s biggest stars and their support for meaningful storytelling.
As an artist, when you play a character, you try to bring it to life from the bottom of your heart. And here, I am truly impressed by the conviction with which the struggle of a powerful man has been portrayed.
