Ravi Teja’s Irumudi is unstoppable all over and the film is having a dream run all over. From the trade circles to the Tollywood circles, everyone is left surprised with the film’s super strong run. Yash’s Toxic has disrupted the screen count of Irumudi but the film gained back the theatres after two days. The film had a super strong second weekend in the Telugu states. The tenth day (Second Sunday) is said to be the highest for Irumudi. When it comes to the Book My Show sales, Irumudi crossed the sales of all the Tollywood biggies that released this year.
With no ticket hikes and exceptional talk, Irumudi is witnessing packed houses. Even the Sunday second shows are packed with family audience. Irumudi turned out to be the first choice for the audience over the weekend. There were big expectations on Yash’s Toxic but the film received a disastrous response from the audience. The film was rejected badly and the film’s numbers went down after a super strong first day. The screens of Toxic were allotted for Irumudi after the disastrous response of the Yash starrer. Suriya’s Viswanath and Sons had a decent third weekend in the cities and limited screens across the Telugu states. On the whole, the weekend belongs to Ravi Teja’s Irumudi and the film surpassed a pan-Indian biggie like Toxic.
