Sai Pallavi may finally be returning to Telugu cinema after a long gap. According to the latest industry buzz, the actress is in discussions for a new Telugu project.
At present, Sai Pallavi’s biggest priority is Ramayana, where she plays Sita opposite Ranbir Kapoor’s Lord Rama. The latest reports suggest that Kishore Tirumala has now approached Sai Pallavi with a script, and discussions are underway. Though nothing has been finalized, Sai Pallavi responded on a positive note and the talks are in the advanced stages.
Sai Pallavi has always preferred content-driven films. Whether it was Fidaa, Love Story, Shyam Singha Roy or Virata Parvam, she has never been in a hurry to sign films. An official confirmation is awaited, but if the deal goes through, Sai Pallavi could finally be making her long-awaited comeback to Telugu cinema after focusing on pan-Indian projects like Ramayana.
