The world of They Call Him OG is officially getting bigger. Following the massive success of the 2025 action blockbuster, Pawan Kalyan’s production house, PK Creative Works (PKCW), has confirmed that OG2 is in development, marking the beginning of an expanded OG Universe.
The announcement was accompanied by a teaser titled “The Origin of Fire,” offering fans a glimpse into the untold origins of Ojas Gambheera, the iconic gangster portrayed by Pawan Kalyan. The teaser hints at a larger narrative featuring samurai swords, legendary warriors, and mythical dragons, suggesting that the upcoming film will explore Gambheera’s past in a visually ambitious setting.
Director Sujeeth, who helmed the first film, will return to direct the sequel, while music composer Thaman is set to score the soundtrack once again. According to the makers, production on OG2 is expected to begin after November.
