The makers of Operation Aruna Reddy held the film’s pre-release event in Hyderabad on Tuesday evening ahead of its theatrical release on July 17. The film is a unique venture from Posani Krishna Murali, who has taken charge of writing, directing, producing, acting, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics, and editing. The cast includes Hindola Chakravarthi, Kajal Sharma, Ayesha Khan, BJP leader Raghunandan Rao, Sai Manikantha, and others in important roles.
Speaking at the event, music director Mahadev Elender praised Posani Krishna Murali’s dedication, revealing that he prepared multiple versions of the script before finalizing it. He said the detailed planning and carefully crafted screenplay impressed him from the beginning and expressed confidence that Operation Aruna Reddy would mark a new phase in Posani’s career.
Cinematographer Sudhakar also appreciated Posani’s vision and said working on the film had been a valuable learning experience. He added that he looks forward to collaborating on more projects with the filmmaker in the future.
Actress Hindola Chakravarthi, who plays a close friend of Aruna Reddy in the film, said she is thankful for the opportunity and believes the movie will receive strong appreciation from audiences after its release. Kajal Sharma echoed similar confidence, describing the film as an entertaining story with a meaningful message that reflects society while keeping viewers engaged.
Producer Srinivas shared that his long friendship with Posani Krishna Murali inspired him to join the project immediately after hearing the story. He also revealed plans to collaborate with Posani on two films every year in the future.
